Back in 1990, the Government seized the Mustang Ranch, a very well known brothel in Nevada, for tax evasion and tried to run it. They failed and it closed. Think about this: We continue to trust the fractured economy of our country to a pack of nitwits who couldn't make money running a whore house and selling booze. Are we nuts?
There are few programs that the U.S. Government takes over that don't wind up being more expensive, more inefficient and less productive than similar programs which are run by private enterprise. Now we are talking about having the government run our health care system. Look around the world. Those countries who have gone this way are either going bankrupt or getting out of the health care business because of the lack of efficiency. I, for one, do not want to see my health care plan overseen by any group that can't even run a whorehouse profitably!

Government programs and dealing with the employees thereof are one of the nightmares we've all dealt with at one time or another. At all levels gov't programs/offices do NOT work. County, state and federal, are all run not on merit or intelligence, but on inefficiency and cronyism. Ever just tried to get a building permit? Now imagine that translated to trying to get surgery! How scary is that.
Government MUST stop spending and be held accountable for their performance as WE all are in the private sector. How long would you keep your job if your boss had a 13% approval of how you performed? And Obama wants to put THOSE folks in charge of our healthcare? Better hope you don't get the flu.
